About Me

I am a Santa Cruz REALTOR® with over eleven years of experience and a background as an attorney. I bring strategic negotiation skills, high level digital marketing expertise, and trusted, personalized guidance that delivers proven results for clients across Santa Cruz County. I did not stumble into real estate by chance. After I remodeled my home, the top one percent REALTOR® who helped me sell it noticed my attention to detail, my energy, and the way I approached both the remodel and the transaction with strategy and precision. He encouraged me to enter the industry, and the transition made sense. Coming from a legal career where negotiation and advocacy were my daily work, real estate gave me a way to use those strengths in a more personal and meaningful way.


Today, I specialize in helping homeowners, especially those 55 plus, prepare, price, and sell their homes as they plan their next chapter. Many of my clients are downsizing, simplifying, or moving closer to family, and I understand the emotional and logistical weight these transitions carry.  I help sellers achieve strong results through thoughtful preparation, clear and data driven pricing, effective marketing, and disciplined negotiation. I bring a clear and analytical approach to preparation and pricing, helping sellers position their homes correctly from the start so they attract the right buyers and create momentum. I guide you through what to fix, what to skip, and how to maximize your return without overspending.

In addition to traditional marketing, I use advanced digital tools, including targeted video marketing and AI based strategies, to optimize listing descriptions and keywords so my clients’ homes appear more often when buyers search for specific features, locations, and lifestyle criteria.
