About Me

I am a Santa Cruz REALTOR® with over eleven years of experience and a background as an attorney.


I bring strategic negotiation skills, advanced digital marketing expertise, and trusted, personalized guidance to buyers and sellers across Santa Cruz County. My clients rely on me for clear advice, strong advocacy, and a steady, strategic approach that helps them move forward with confidence.


I did not enter real estate by chance. After remodeling my own home, the top one percent REALTOR® who helped me sell it noticed my attention to detail, energy, and the way I approached both the remodel and the transaction with strategy and precision. He encouraged me to enter the industry and invited me to join his team. With a legal career rooted in negotiation and advocacy, the transition made sense. Real estate gave me a way to apply those strengths in a more personal and meaningful way.


Today, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Santa Cruz County, with a focus on helping local downsizers plan their next move and Bay Area buyers purchasing in Santa Cruz, including relocations and investment opportunities.


For sellers, my priority is clear: strategic pricing, strong marketing, and disciplined negotiation so no money is left on the table. To drive buyer demand, I use paid video ads and targeted digital campaigns to expand reach, increase engagement, and attract serious buyers. I guide clients through preparation with a practical eye, helping them decide what improvements will create meaningful return and what can be skipped. I am intentional about positioning from the start so listings gain momentum rather than sitting on the market.


For buyers, especially those coming from the Bay Area, I provide market insight, full transparency, and strong negotiation in competitive situations. Clients consistently mention responsiveness, clarity, and follow through. I help buyers understand their options, move quickly when the right property appears, and craft offers that protect their interests while remaining competitive. I am also known for staying involved and helping clients even after closing.
